Hard Rock Hurricane Policy

Hard Rock HURRICANE POLICY

The Hard Rock Hurricane Policy makes it easy to decide that their All Inclusive Collection is the right choice for all your vacation needs. In the event that a hurricane directly hits any Hard Rock all inclusive Resort while you are on vacation, they will gladly offer a certificate for a return stay to the original resort for the number of unused nights.

Furthermore, for cancellations, there will be No Penalties for all passengers scheduled to travel within 72 hours or less before a hurricane strikes. If you are affected by a hurricane, then you must contact your travel professional to process the cancellation.

The policy includes:

There are Ni Show penalties  that will also be waived up to 5 days after a hurricane strikes.

If you should need an early departure, due to a hurricane, then a certificate for the number of unused nights will be issued.

This policy will go into effect once the US National Weather Center issues a Hurricane Watch to the area and the hurricane directly hits any All Inclusive Collection Resort.

A travel certificate will be valid for travel between April 15 – December 15, 2013.  Moreover, the certificate is non transferable and not redeemable for cash.  Hotel space is subject to availability and blackout periods apply.  This also excludes day of departure. In addition, airfare and transfers are not included.

This policy is for individual travel and groups booked through Tour Operators; it does not apply to groups booked directly with All Inclusive Collection. Groups contracted directly with All Inclusive Collection shall refer to their specific contract policies. Airline ticket holders are subject to Airlines’ policies and guidelines.

Policy may be subject to change or may be discontinued without notice.
