I want to say THANK YOU so much!! We all had an amazing time and everyone’s trip was great. We had no problems or issues at all. All the travel stuff was perfect. My husband and I will recommend you to everyone I know. I’m your biggest fan now!! Lol.
For any brides questioning who to use:
First, I have to say I LOVE Jennifer and VIP! I used VIP Vacations for my destination wedding. We searched around for a travel agent for a while before I finally found Jennifer on a referral from a work friend. After speaking with and emailing 4-5 travel agents prior to Jennifer, she gave me more information then all of the other travel agents combined in the first email I received from her. She listened to what I was looking for, knew what resorts would meet my needs and was never pushy about any particular hotel like some travel agents can be known to do.
As any bride who booked a destination wedding knows, it’s not always easy getting a response from the resort wedding coordinator’s. However, Jennifer was even able to help me with that. If there was something I really needed to find out or if had been awhile without a response from them, she would contact them. Amazingly, I would have a response within a couple of days. Jennifer always answered my emails quickly. Sometimes I would get responses at 9:30 at night. That is what I call dedication.
We had 48 people travel to our wedding. Jennifer and her team were on top of everyone’s travel info and needs.. There was not one person had a complaint. Everyone was truly so impressed. My guests also loved the pre-travel packet we got. The packet included our travel documents, luggage tags and a zippered bag to keep the travel documents, etc.
I really can’t say enough about Jennifer and VIP Vacations. I will definitely use her services forever. We are clients for life. Like I told Jennifer when I got back from the wedding, I’m her biggest fan.
I am also so happy that my sister-in-law has decided to have a destination wedding as well and will be using VIP!
