I must say VIP Vacations more then exceeded my expectations you folks were awesome and so helpful at all times. I don’t know what I would of done without VIP Vacations. Ryan Doncsecz was the poor soul bothered daily and he was an absolute joy to work with. He was so fast in answering all my questions! In fact I have already recommended a friend to your agency, I believe she’s already working with you folks. Her wedding is going to be this December at the Hard Rock in Mexico.
The hotel was gorgeous the pictures really don’t do it justice. The rooms were beautiful, always nice and clean and the food was delicious.
Would I return to the resort itself? Absolutely!
