Hi Jennifer, Ryan and the whole VIP team!
We just had to write and thank you for making our wedding day a dream come true!!! When we first decided we wanted to have destination wedding we set out to find a travel agent. Little did we know this was would be the hardest part of our wedding planning journey. I contacted countless agents and most of which never responded responded. Or they did weeks and weeks later. Also after thinking we found a decent local agent, we then ran into issues there as well.
My husband and I really questioned whether having a destination wedding was something we could pull off. After 6 months of struggling with finding a travel agent, we came across a raving review of VIP on a wedding forum. I sent an email and sure enough the very next day I had a response from VIP! Ever since then it has been a match made in heaven!
The team at VIP is always quick to respond. They also always made me, my husband and our guests feel like true VIPs.
All I expected from a travel agent was help in getting our travel arrangements made but VIP has surprised us every step of the way. Besides VIP handling the travel arrangements wonderfully, they also gave us save the dates. Additionally, they created a personal wedding page. At Christmas, we received a cute holiday card. Finally we received the most adorable personalized gift after our wedding. They definitely made us feel so special.
I have recommended VIP to anyone even slightly considering a destination wedding! In fact even to couples that aren’t even engaged yet. After the amazing time our family friends had my new brother in law is going to begin working with VIP to start planning their own destination wedding and I am beyond excited!
Besides marrying my husband, VIP has been my favorite part of our wedding!
