Hi VIP!
I went to the Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay for my friend’s destination wedding. I would send anyone there and go back any day! This was the first time I had traveled out of the country and I can say that without VIP, I would have been lost through it all! They were great and answered every question I had and more. The next vacation I plan I will be contacting VIP. Lauren was the one that helped me the absolute most! She was great and very patient with all my “first timer” questions!
