First of all, thank you so much for all of your guidance in navigating our first visit to Universal.  That place is insanely awesome.  It is a Harry Potter fans dream and every single HP related item was over the top amazing.  Every turn you made in each of the HP lands lead you to something even cooler.  Danielle and Jackie both learned lots of magic with their wands and Jackie actually fought one of the death eaters at HHN.  I am using the word magical to describe the trip.

Flights from Newark worked out perfectly.  There was not an issue with anything.

Cabana Bay resort was also a great.  We walked over to Sapphire Falls multiple times (short walk from Cabana) in order to take the boat ride over to City Walk.

The Harry Potter lands were more than I could ever have imagined.  Epic was just that.  The Ministry of Magic was insane, Nintendo world was so immersive and made you feel like you were in a 16-bit video game, Dark Universe was so freaking cool and the Isle of Berk had the best mac and cheese sandwich.

Halloween Horror Night was disturbing and I loved it.  Fallout, the Spanish Haunting and Grave of Flesh were my favorites for sure.  Jackie, Shane and Danielle all liked other houses, so it was very well set up to freak out every person that walked through.

Velocicoaster was the most terrifying roller coaster I have ever been on.  I loved it.  Hagrids motorbike ride, the Donkey Kong ride and the Frankenstein ride were my top 3.

Going to Orlando when school is back in session was key.  Other than Friday, the parks were not that busy.  For a 4-day trip, things were perfect.  A 2 day park hopper without an Express pass worked fine.  The Express pass for Epic was great and it allowed us to do all the rides.  The Express pass for HHN was 110% necessary.  The lines for HHN were insane.  Because of the Express pass, we did every single haunted house.  The downtime we had on Thurs. (after a 12 hour days at Epic and before an 8 hour day at HHN) was very much needed.  We walked just over 40 miles in 4 days and it was worth every step.

I would HIGHLY recommend Toothsome’s Chocolate Emporium to everyone.  The May Contain Bacon burger was one of the best burgers I have ever had.

Jackie, Danielle and Shane also were grateful that you and I came up with an amazing plan that could not have been more perfect.
