Disney World and Universal Studios Vacation Testimonial

"I could not have planned this trip without Justin's expertise."
My favorite moments were meeting all the characters. From both Disney AND Universal. I also loved the rides from both! Epcot was my favorite park at Disney and epic was my favorite park at Universal. The parks at Disney and Universal are very different but I loved both. They each had their own things that made them special. I felt like the food was better at Universal but everyone was nicer at Disney and the alcoholic drinks were great! I liked the picture package at Disney it was definitely worth it. Although the rides were really cool at Universal I thought it was wild how they were down so much.
I thought Mickey’s Not So Scary was fun and friendly. I liked that you could dress up in costume and get candy. Also the lines were shorter for the rides. The shows were so much fun. I wish they did the Jack Skellington show more than once because it was over crowded and hard to get a good spot. Horror nights was more adult oriented and it was very spooky. I loved that it was something different from Mickey’s. The houses were cool I just wish they didn’t have so many because it felt rushed. I also felt like it was overcrowded. I’m glad we got the express passes because we would have never gotten through everything. The food was ok for horror nights but nothing really stood out for me. The actors were fantastic though! They really made it scary!
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort was super cute! I loved all the details they put into the theme. Universal’s Cabana Bay Resort’s beds were more comfortable and the bathroom set up was nicer so people could use the shower separate from the toilet. It was not as immersive as Art of Animation but it was more practical.
Justin was super informative and very knowledgeable about both places. I told him I wanted to fit in as much as I could into this trip and he figured out a way to make it happen. Very attentive to details and keeping me up to date on any changes. Provided lots of options and suggestions to things I didn’t know were available. He always answered all of my questions and got back to me quickly. I could not have planned this trip without his expertise. I had not been to Disney and Universal in a very long time. So much has changed over the years and I would have missed out on so much without his help. It was a very special birthday trip that will not be forgotten and I will talk about for years to come. I highly recommend using VIP to book the most unforgettable trip.
