Damion and I can't thank you enough for helping us navigate our destination wedding. We appreciate all that you did for our large group! We know it isn't easy trying to accommodate everyone's requests so we thank you for doing your best in making everyone comfortable. You guys were really great! Our Wedding went off without a hitch and we can't thank you enough. Our room was absolutely beautiful and our travel was easy and fast. We were surprised at how great everything turned out! All the behind the scenes details didn't go unnoticed.

Everything was just so easy, from departure to return. We loved the little private beaches at the Hard Rock - we spent most of our days sitting there enjoying the sun and calm waters.

Everyone was so helpful and made everything so easy - our personal assistant helped accommodate all our our guests even booking dinner for all 20+ guests most night. Staff and food was amazing.

We went to see the Micheal Jackson concert at Hard Rock, Reed was able to book him two days later to perform for my bday party. I am his number one fan! The party planner Yolanda was the absolute best.

Liz took care of everything for my whole group and not a single person had any complaints.

Working with VIP - out this gate this was a very positive experience for everyone involved, including myself as the group coordinator.
From my end in the planning phase, you and your team were very timely, responsive, and informative. Requests and adjustments were handled quickly. The process went well whether communication was over the phone or via email.
In the booking phase, everyone in the group had clear and timely communication, and I heard only good things about the experience
In the travel phase, my measure of success is that not one person reached out to me or my wife regarding any issue with their travel or accommodations. Which means that there were either no issues, or any problems were handled promptly and properly by your team. Excellent all around.

We really just enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with multiple family members! It was nice to be at a resort that was adult and kid friendly! We really enjoyed the beautiful water while on the beach! The pool was always a fun spot too! It was nice to be able to explore new restaurants and areas of the resort each day.

Working with Vacations by VIP really helped with the stress of planning a destination wedding. My initial call was with Jennifer and you can tell she cares greatly about people having a smooth experience during their destination wedding. After booking my wedding, Liz took over as my wedding consultant and was very responsive. I am not the type of bride who really looked forward to planning her wedding, because I would get overwhelmed with the amount of options. Having Liz to guide me and advise me through the process made it much easier. She also made sure to keep me on track with timelines, as I definitely procrastinated on submitting my final decisions for the big day (such as food and decor).

The biggest bonus of using them though was how much easier it makes your time as a bride when you aren't having to deal with answering all your guests' questions in regards to the travel timelines and the resort. If my friends had questions about pricing and such I was able to just send them VIP's contact information and not have that on my plate. For that reason alone, I highly recommend using VIP. But all the agents at VIP are very responsive, friendly and genuinely want to make this process as smooth as it can be. Thank you again, Liz and everyone at VIP for all your help, especially after having to reschedule my wedding because of the COVID 19 pandemic.

We loved the resort! The pools were amazing, food was excellent and the service was phenomenal. We didn’t do any extra activities besides visiting the spa, and it was the most amazing experience I would recommend the massages and hydrotherapy to anyone who goes there. I would definitely recommend this property and I would go back in the future for sure!

VIP has been amazing through this whole experience, between moving dates and people canceling last minute you guys met all my expectations and we got some perks that I was extremely satisfied with! Emily, Liz and Robert were awesome from start to finish and the whole experience was great, once I got there everything was taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about anything!

The team at dreams was slow to respond but the wedding met all my expectations and I would recommend others to get married there. I didn’t feel any stress everything came together perfectly and I couldn’t of asked for a better day. The team at dreams even threw in some extras that we didn’t ask for but definitely added to the experience and it was amazing.

I can't say enough great things about VIP Vacations. We've used them twice now, the first time for an unforgettable group trip to Mexico, and then recently for a couples' getaway to Iceland. Both trips were incredible. Our travel designer, Liz, took the time to meet with us and learn what we wanted out of our vacations. She researched and reviewed every option, and created a very personalized experience. She gave us travel tips about visiting a foreign country, and even during our trip she followed up with email reminders about the times for our excursions. Ashley & Benjamin Meyer – Honeymoon at Sandals Royal Caribbean, Jamaica

We had an awesome time at the Sandals Royal Caribbean. It was a very laid back and relaxing, which was perfect for a honeymoon. We did do a couples massage that was awesome. We went to the private island a few times, but for the most part we just relaxed by the pool. The food was great and there was a lot of options for dinner. One thing we noted was it would have been nice if they opened some of the restaurants during the day because lunch options were more limited (but that was only a minor complaint). We went to the Montego Bay resort our last night for dinner at Tokyo Joes. Montego Bay was very modern and looked beautiful, but we were glad we stayed at the Royal Caribbean because of the plane situation. Also it was absolutely great working with you and being able to take one more thing off of our plate while wedding planning, so thank you SO much!! You did great :)

OMG thank you soo much for everything! Our honeymoon was absolutely amazing!! One of the best times of our life. :)

El Dorado Seaside Suites was fantastic! It was everything expected and so much more! I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone going down there and if we went down again that's where I would stay. VIP Vacations was great and Liz you went above and beyond with your help and patience through all the emails! Everything was so stress free. Amazing! We got our room upgraded! It was beautiful! All the workers at the resort were so helpful and went above and beyond! The excursions were out of this world! The tour guides were great and the places we visited were one in a million and an experience we will never forget!

I know when we want to travel again Europe will be the next stop, hopefully! Scotland is at the top of the list! I will definitely be in touch when we are ready to travel again! ;)

Alexandra & Casey Cooperman – Honeymoon at Sandals Ochi & Disney

We had an amazing wedding day followed by 5 perfect days in Jamaica and then the magical week in Disney! We enjoyed every single moment of the last 2 weeks and we already anxious for more traveling! You were so helpful and you booked us a honeymoon we will always remember! Sandals was GORGEOUS! From the moment we arrived, we were in pure heaven! All of the people working there were so nice and we had a blast! I could go on for hours about how happy we are that we went there, but to sum it all up, it was blissful! Luckily, we weren't sad when it was time to leave though because we knew we had 7 days in Disney! Mike booked us some pretty awesome dinners at each park and we loved running around Disney as newlyweds in our Mickey and Minnie bridal ears! The entire trip gave us memories we will have for the rest of our lives!! Thank you so much!!

Elizabeth Moran is an absolutely amazing travel agent. She went far above and beyond the normal duties of a travel agent. Our honeymoon was the first time John & I had traveled out of the country, and we were both nervous with international travel. Liz was in constant communication with us from day 1, keeping on top of deadlines, sending us reminders (which were SO helpful, especially since we often lost sight of certain deadlines in the chaos of wedding planning), in addition to being phone/appointment available whenever we needed questions answered. John and I are overly thorough, so Liz was patient with our millions of questions, and constant emails. She scheduled our flights, as well as booked our excursions and travel insurance for us! Additionally, when we had a miscommunication with our Club Concierge about the direct transfer from Sandals Ochi & Sandals Royal Caribbean, she called her contacts & made sure everything was straightened out, resulting in a smooth, hassle-free honeymoon. We absolutely LOVED both resorts! The staff was incredibly welcoming at both Sandals Ochi & Sandals Royal Caribbean, they made it their goal to make us feel like we were at our home away from home. Jamaicans truly lived up to their slogan of "One Love". Both resorts were gorgeous and pristine, the food was beyond amazing, and the excursions were unbelievable. We are very grateful for all Liz’s help, and are currently in the process of booking another trip to Sandals through her, for our anniversary next year!

We had an amazing time! The Valentin was even better than we expected. The photos do not do it justice! We liked it so much, we would love to go back in the next couple years! We at least would like to try :)

Kelly Mirales – Vacation to Ireland

It was a blast, and the best part is it was a total breeze! No stress at all from planning to the actual trip! I can't tell you enough how much I appreciated your help. You were able to find us a tour that allowed us to experience most of the country without having to worry about transportation or finding a million different accommodations. Our tour guide was amazing, and made the early mornings worth while. He was funny and extremely knowledgeable about so much from the history to the culture. One of our favorite parts was a trip to a working Irish farm where we baked scones and later enjoyed them with fresh cream & homemade jam! That was a nice off the beaten path experience, and it was great that the entire tour wasn't solely touristy destinations. Wish we had more time to explore more!!

Sarah Forand – Honeymoon at Sandals Ochi

Sandals was AMAZING! We loved the food! And we loved that the portions were a bit smaller so that we could order many items and not have any waste. I personally also loved the RUM! The whole experience was amazing. We’re so glad that we got this butler service. Both of our butlers were great, but a special shout-out to Sa-J. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time! One thing that was really noticeable were the people employed as “playmakers”- I’ve never seen such a role before, and they really REALLY made the trip so much fun. Literally everything was lovely. We are so happy and would DEFINITELY recommend Sandals Ochi.  And we’re so pleased that we went through VIP- the personal touches (not sure if the hand delivery of documents was more of a family benifit :)), but it really eased the stress of pre-wedding planning to know that we didn’t have to lift a finger to plan for the honeymoon.
