Here is my review for my Dreams Palm Beach wedding.

I have wanted to write you and Ryan both to tell you how ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL our wedding was!!!  Our entire party had an AMAZING time!!  From the moment we landed in the DR we felt like complete royalty!  In addition, we were automatically upgraded to the honeymoon suite.  We had preferred guest amenities,  which was also an awesome surprise!!  The entire week was more than I could have hoped for!  We STILL say that we want to go back and do it again!! (our guests say the same to us!)  I really appreciate the help of your team especially Ryan!! The staff was incredible!  Everyone at the resort is friendly, helpful, and never made us or our guests feel like an inconvenience.  I have to say that we all felt so well taken care of the entire week!!

The day of the wedding was very calm and things seemed to go smoothly.  Also, the reception turned out to be so BEAUTIFUL!  The wedding planner even requested her manager to extend our time by 30min because we were having so much fun and to make up for time lost due to the photographer arriving late.

Using VIP Vacations:

I really didn’t know what to expect from VIP because I’ve never used a travel agent before.  I can say that it was a HUGE relief not to have to worry about my guests reservations/questions/issues, etc. and the fact that I could say to them “Just talk to the travel agency” was so incredible….so yes, the services were exceptional!

Jennifer is badass!! 🙂  She was always on top of things, super quick to respond to me and I knew stuff was getting done with her on my side!  Her personality shined through her emails and I felt like I could be very “matter -of-fact” with her…she relieved a lot of stress for me 🙂

Thank you again for everything!  The champagne upon arrival and private transportation was awesome and seriously, our wedding was truly magical 🙂  My sincerest thanks!!
