We had the best time and are so glad we chose dreams sapphire, as well as VIP. It was a great resort. We loved that the rooms were spaced out in the tropical atmosphere but everything else was close together with the pool, bars, lobby and restaurants.
Everything with the wedding was great. Carmen, our coordinator went above and beyond for each event.
We did a catamaran trip through Amstar. It was a private trip with 18 of us who stayed past Monday. They took us snorkeling and we saw so many fish. It was unlimited drinks and the crew was awesome. We sailed along Isla Mujeras and stopped to swim in the shallow waters. We got to watch the sun set on the way back
Steve and I did Xplor Fuego at night. It was a great excursion and experience. We also went to Mayakoba Golf course. I just rode along but we had a great time!
VIP went above our expectations with booking us and all of our guests. You all were so informative and made the process so easy for our group! You(Mac) were great, along with Ryan and Liz. We appreciate you all!
Lomas was a great transfer to deal with as well. They had great communication through email and WhatsApp. The day our largest group of people were leaving they sent us a spreadsheet with everyone’s pick up times. They were all so nice and the transfer vehicles were great. Our one friends who arrived last ended up getting a limo that was all decorated.
