Dear VIP Vacations,
John and I had a wonderful time in Aruba and yes, we would definitely recommend this resort to others. Neither John nor I have ever used a travel agent before, so we didn’t have to many expectations going into the process. That being said, VIP made it so easy for us to plan this trip and we couldn’t find anything that could have been done differently, everything went so smoothly. I even called customer service the day before we left because I had a question about confirming the shuttle from the Airport. I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service calls I’ve ever had to make. There was little wait time before talking to a representation and when I did they were delightful and able to answer my questions (I don’t remember who I talked to though)
