"You helped make my birthday truly unforgettable!"

Thank you so much for the warm welcome back, and for helping to make this birthday trip so memorable! Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall was incredible, and we truly enjoyed our time away.

Here’s some feedback I’m happy to share:

• Favorite memory: Floating in the warm Caribbean water with a drink in hand, pure bliss! We also loved our nights listening to live music from our balcony and a fun evening at the piano bar.
• What we enjoyed most about the resort: The beautiful grounds, incredible weather, and the relaxing pool and beach areas. We rented cabanas four times during our stay, two at the beach and two at the pool, and each one was a highlight! We were surprised and delighted to receive a bottle of champagne with each rental. Elvis, our server at the beach cabana on the first day(my birthday), did an amazing job and made a great first impression.
• Accommodations: Our room was everything we hoped for, cool(very important!), very clean (which is a huge deal for us!), modern (just Joe’s style!), and in a great location. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless all week, and we never ran out of towels, drinks, or snacks. We especially loved being able to hear the nightly music from our balcony.
• Butler service: Our three butlers, Kerrian, Tori-Ann, and Peta-Gay, were absolutely wonderful and made our stay extra special. They went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth, enjoyable trip. On my birthday, they even decorated our door, which was such a sweet surprise!
• Birthday highlights: We ordered breakfast to the room that morning, and it was both delicious and such a relaxing way to start the day. That evening at dinner, I was treated to a very special birthday song and dance, it was so fun and made me feel celebrated!
• Transportation & arrival: We were really pleased with our airport transport and were even upgraded to a personal vehicle! Everyone at Caribbean World was kind, efficient, and helpful. Our check-in process at the resort went smoothly, and although our room wasn’t ready right away, it didn’t take long.
• Special thanks to VIP Vacations: Thank you for your thoughtfulness, the birthday card and bottle of wine were such a lovely surprise. Your help throughout the planning process made this getaway so smooth, and we appreciated your communication and care along the way.

All in all, it was a memorable trip filled with beautiful weather, relaxation, and special moments. Thanks again for everything, you helped make my birthday truly unforgettable!
