We had a wonderful trip… the weather was perfect in all three cities, a bit warmer in Rome than Venice and Sorrento as expected.
The itinerary ended up being pretty perfect in terms of mix of activities and timing. The busiest day was the one in Rome where we did Palatine Hill, Forum, & Colosseum in the morning, then Vatican in the afternoon.

Our tour guide for the Vatican (Claudia) was wonderful. Whichever company you booked her through please pass that along, and if there is a way for you to request her for your future clients who do a similar tour, they would benefit from her warm personality and depth of knowledge.
The private guide for the Capri day (Iris) was absolutely amazing. She was a pro at getting us where we needed to be and knows plenty of people and tricks that allowed us to “work” the system to maximize our experience by staying ahead of the crowds. Very personable and knowledgeable: another one I suggest finding a way to work with going forward as well.
