"We had such a great time and are really thankful for all of your help"

You(Megan) knocked it out of the park with this trip, it was fantastic! We loved the resort. The staff was outstanding, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with the food too. The breakfast buffet never got old because there were so many options (I am now a strong advocate for breakfast churros lol). For lunch we loved the pop up stations next to the pool, and then dinner everywhere was great but the French restaurant was the one we went to twice.

Our room was also amazing! The swim out is just the best (and the water temp was perfect), the bed was really comfy, and all the amenities in the room were great. The app for the resort worked perfectly, it was so easy to check on the activities for the day or request anything we needed for the room. Oh and also thank you guys for the welcome birthday dessert and champagne!

The excursion! This was definitely a highlight of our trip. I will say it was a very long day (the shuttle picked us up at 6:50am and we didn’t get back until after 8pm) but it was worth it. We ended up eating the buffet lunch first at ~10:30am, the food was decent and beverages were not included (some other people were upset about this, we didn’t care). Chichen Itza was really incredible to see, and while there we had an hour long guided tour and then another hour to explore on our own. It was HOT so I would definitely recommend bringing bottled water, sunscreen, a hat (or umbrella), and wearing light fabric. The cenote was one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced! We were lucky and got there when it was empty. It’s such an incredible thing to see and then swim in, plus they have a photographer to take pictures which we did buy and were very affordable (it worked out to be about $30 for all the pictures she took, plus she photoshopped out anyone else in the cenote around us). I would one million percent recommend the cenote! I was glad we brought water shoes (I got mine on Amazon for $7) and a towel for it. And I would recommend Chichen Itza as long as they don’t mind spending ~5-6 hours of the day on the bus.

We had such a great time and are really thankful for all of your help. The travel and trip was seamless thanks to you! I attached a couple pictures from our adventure, just wanted to share!

Thanks again!!
