I would definitely recommend this resort!!! It was well managed, clean, quiet and very accommodating to its guests. The activities were numerous and our adult boys enjoyed the beach soccer and volleyball and the water polo matches. The food was fabulous and our swim up rooms were just perfect!!! Loved the ocean side cabanas and numerous wait staff taking and delivering ocean side drinks!! The staff was so friendly and catered to us at all times…even when I locked myself out of my room!! The golf cart shuttles were great in getting around the resort. And the grounds were so well maintained and clean as well as giving the feeling of a true beach side resort with the Caribbean flavor. We would definitely come back to this resort!!

Any questions or concerns we had even while on the trip were answered promptly or taken care of for us. We were kept up to date with any flight changes prior to the trip and had information on possible excursions that we might be interested in before leaving on the trip. Our wishes and interests were taken into consideration in the choosing of this particular resort for our vacation. It was all just perfect!!!
Lauren Nolan was outstanding in recommending this resort for our family, booking our flights and rooms and guiding us in our room choice and location inside the resort as well as what kinds of activities we should look for and schedule for our enjoyment. Any questions or concerns we had, she handled promptly and with professionalism. Lauren goes well above and beyond what we felt was her ‘job’ to make sure her clients are happy, well taken care of and comfortable. Lauren’s recommendation to book the swim up rooms in the southern part of the resort were spot on for us!!!! We knew right away that was the best choice and location for us and wouldn’t have changed a thing about our accommodations. Lauren knows us well and knew what would be perfect for us!! Before leaving for the trip Lauren gave us specifics as to what to plan when we got there like making the reservations for dinners at Santa Fe and the Culinary Institute. And since this trip was our anniversary Lauren also informed the resort ahead of time of our special day and we had the perks of an anniversary couple that included a moonlight dinner(unfortunately it got rained out but we had a wonderful alternative meal at Santa Fe), a couples anniversary breakfast in our room, a couples massage, roses for our room and a bottle of champagne. Lauren even answered our questions about how to pack and what to take to the resort. Lauren is our go-to travel agent forever!!!
