We have sadly returned from EPM and had just the most phenomenal time! Thank you, so much for all of your help booking our trip. We had, what we consider to be the BEST room in the entire resort, which was 8071. Very private and right on the end of 8B- from our patio it was almost as if we were in a totally private retreat. The pool was just gorgeous and we had the most attentive service all week. We were the most impressed by the beach this time! Last visit, the beach was full of seaweed, but this time we didn’t have a problem with that at all. I have to say, I have never experienced such amazing service in my life, the staff at EPM is just a cut above any place I have ever seen.
We also really enjoyed our transfer, so thank you for helping us get such a great service! The driver was very conversational and told us all about the area.
We are definitely interested in booking again for the same time next year.
