Vacation to Hard Rock Punta Cana

"They upgraded the crap out of us!"
Just wanted to say thank you for everything- they upgraded the crap out of us! We seriously felt like royalty 🙂 not too mention that they are some of the nicest people we have ever encountered on vacation. Thank you again for seriously hooking us up and helping us with this trip, we really had the best vacation ever. My husband is already thinking of booking another trip to the Hard Rock for his birthday. This resort had everything we could want and more. Not one complaint- and thats hard to accomplish.
FYI- they upgraded us to the Amassadors suite which had a seperate living/dining and Bar area, ginormous balcony, 2 bathrooms and a giant shower in the master. It was sweet!
