Wedding Packages
Depending on your group length of stay, a number of nights based on majority room category booked up to Concierge level will be credited to the master account. Bookings should come via the same source to count towards group and is based on double occupancy rooms.
- 5-9 rooms for 3 nights or 15 room nights = 1 hour cocktail function
- 10 - 19 rooms for 3 nights or 30 room nights = 2 room nights + 1 hour cocktail reception
- 20-24 rooms for 3 nights or 60 room nights = 4 room nights + 1 two hour private function
- 25 rooms for 3 nights or 75 room nights = 7 room nights + unlimited private functions (one hour cocktail + two hour dinner. MAX three hours per day. Non cumulative) + 1 room upgrade for the bride and groom to the next available room category up to Concierge Level.*
It is considered a wedding groups when there are 25 room nights for 3 nights or 75 room nights or less booked, there is a wedding contract and there are function spaces required.
If the Bride & Groom have already booked a Concierge Level or Suite, they may pass on the "upgrade" to a family member for the same amount of nights as the bride and groom. Must be used during trip and no cash reimbursement if unused.
