We had the pleasure of having our Disney World trip arrangements made by Jen Graf! She was very organized and helpful and our trip was outstanding!!! Because of her extensive knowledge of Disney World and its offerings, we were able to include meals and experiences that we would not have known about otherwise. This added tremendously to the success of our trip.

Due to some health issues, our travel group had to change from six people to two people at one point, and then back to four people finally. She was very patient with us, and made all of the adjustments to our travel plans efficiently and promptly. We could not have asked for better service.

Jen was terrific and we highly recommend her as a travel agent!

Jen Graf at VIP Vacations was awesome and great! I have to say she helped me with everything I needed her to do, and answered all my concerns and questions. It also never took her long to answer back.

All the hassle, stress, and worry about going on vacation was on her (and she did great) and all I had to do was pack my things and show up at the airport. She also gave me great web sites to look at and see what there is to do in Disney.

I will be definitely be using VIP for all my future vacations!

I just wanted to thank you for planning such a great trip to Disney for us! We enjoyed every second. We ran our butts off and did it all, so now we’re ready to think about a beach vacation for next year where we can relax and just remember all the running we did this year – ha! Can you keep your eye open for some good deals to the Caribbean or Bahamas? I was also interested in looking into a Beaches resort. We have the boys’ passports, so we can go, go, go.  If something good pops up, please let me know so we can think about it. I’ve already started saving for the next trip!

Back to Disney- Ohana was the BEST place we’ve ever eaten – ever. That food was so amazingly yummy! Thanks for that suggestion!

I wanted to send you an email and let you know we had a great time in Disney last week. The Port Orleans was a great suggestion by you. The hotel was great for our family but looked also to be a great spot for couples without kids. They have a bar in the main building that was packed every night. The boat to downtown was also a nice perk for a moderate hotel.

Thanks again for all your help. If you happen to see any Disney Deals popup during the year please keep me in mind. We will see what happens but I would not be surprised to see us back down there next December.

Our trip was truly magical – This was my first visit back in a very long time and it was the first time for my husband and children. Your dedication to making our trip memorable was amazing. Specifically how you were able to accommodate all of our requests and ensure we received the latest and greatest discounts. I am attaching a few pictures and as you can see we were just as excited to be there as the children.

Disney World was great! My mom actually surprised us and purchased the Memory maker and the mickeys not so scary event so we got to do that as well so it was a nice surprise  The new avatar ride was amazing my husband loved it as did I! For me it was so great to go back again! missed it so much hope to go back again soon
